http://XNplay.co.uk finally overcame their broken Xbox and found time to review BitStream.
"superior audiovisuals"
"a nice game, with catchy sounds and visual effects and a lineup of multi-player modes"
Best bit has to be from the comments, though:
I really like a lot of things about this game, namely:
-presentation
-graphics
-music
-controls
-game mechanics
So, we finally gave in and got a twitter account. If you look to your right you should be able to see it, we'll keep you posted of anything exciting that's happening, so watch this space!
A patch fixing the issues with tournament savings has now been released!
Get it now by running it on your Xbox, or pick it up here!
Bitstream is the complete opposite of [other game]. First of all there’s a lot of depth to the game. Travelling straight will gradually increase your speed so winning races becomes less about reactions and more about finding the fastest route from start to finish. There are 16 tracks split into 4 tournaments with 8 racers in each. A load of flare effects on the lines and musical cues every time you move makes the game a delight to look at
and listen to as well.
